Nextlane is seeking an experienced Finance Director for global Controlling. You will lead a distributed team across Europe, establish accounting policies, and own treasury processes. You will drive automation initiatives, streamline inter-company controls, and partner with the CFO on KPI reporting and cash flow forecasting.

Formación

• Experience: 10+ years in accounting, controlling, or finance operations roles.
• 5+ years in a leadership role (managing teams of 5+)
• 3+ years working in a global, multi-entity, or multinational environment
• Languages: Native level in French and C1 level in English are mandatory
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Technical Skills: IFRS, French accounting standards, local GAAP; inter-company accounting and group controls
• Interpersonal Skills: ability to collaborate in a diverse environment; familiarity with automation technologies (RPA, AI)

Responsabilidades

• Establish and enforce accounting policies across all locations and entities.
• Own all global accounting and treasury processes.
• Lead internal audits and maintain relations with external auditors.
• Redesign workflows to eliminate manual processes and enable automation.
• Manage transition from regional to centralized delivery models.
• Partner with CFO for KPI reporting and cash flow forecasting.
• Design automation opportunities and ensure data quality for analytics.
