Job summary

Accelleron in Madrid seeks an FP&A specialist to support international finance teams (LATAM & Caribbean) and report to the Country Finance Manager. You will participate in month-end Close and drive financial reporting, cost analyses, and outlooks across divisions.

You will collaborate with teams across countries, ensure robust controls, and optimize processes via automation. Fluency in English and Spanish is required; SAP FICO (S/4HANA) expertise preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis in a multinational or matrix organization.
• Hands-on experience with SAP FICO modules (S4 HANA) enabling data-driven insights and reporting accuracy.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office tools and Business Warehouse applications.

Responsibilities

• Month-End Closing: streamline activities and ensure timely MIS reporting.
• Management/Financial Reporting and Business Analysis: analyze overhead, prepare reports on margins, inventories, NWC, and cash flow.
• Internal Controls & Audit: maintain audit trails, SOPs, and compliance; support audits.
