Job summary

Accelleron Iberia S.L.U. in Madrid is seeking an experienced Finance professional to support international finance (Ecuador, Colombia, Dominican Republic) from our Madrid base. You will report to the Country Finance Manager within an international team and collaborate with teams across LATAM and India.

The role covers closing, reporting, analysis, and control activities, with emphasis on data accuracy, process improvement, and timely MIS delivery. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance/controlling/accounting or CA/ACCA/ICAEW/CPA/CIMA.
• 3 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis in a multinational setting.
• Hands-on SAP FICO experience enabling data-driven insights.
• Strong MS Office and data warehouse knowledge.
• Proven ability to work with diverse teams across countries.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is essential.

Responsibilities

• Month-end closing; perform and streamline closing activities for MIS reporting.
• Support financial reporting packages by reconciling data accuracy.
• Validate reporting data in financial systems and tools.
• Conduct management reporting and business analysis.
• Analyze overhead, absorption variances and root causes.
• Prepare ad-hoc/standard reports on orders, margins, inventories, and cash flow.
• Perform overdue analysis and currency hedging support.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts; manage AP/OPC/vendor follow-ups.
• Maintain accruals/provisions and create 'what-if' analyses.
• Assist data preparation for Business Reviews; ensure internal controls.
