Tsmg seeks an experienced Field Operations Coordinator / Operations Manager to support a large-scale field project. You will coordinate daily operations, manage distributed field teams, monitor schedules, and report on KPIs to ensure smooth execution.

The role emphasizes organizing field activities, data collection, and proactive issue resolution in a fast-paced environment. Strong English communication and Excel/Sheets skills are essential.

Formación

• Experience in operations, project coordination, or project management.
• Strong organizational and people-management skills.
• Experience managing distributed field teams preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; ability to report clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and oversee day-to-day field operations across the project.
• Manage communication with distributed field teams and stakeholders.
• Organize team schedules, assignments, and field activities.
• Monitor progress, attendance, and operational KPIs; escalate issues as needed.
• Collect and maintain operational reports and project data in Excel/Sheets.
• Identify risks and propose timely resolutions; support field team with inquiries.
