Ohmium International seeks a Manager, Field Services to lead commissioning, startup, and maintenance of deployed electrolyzer systems. You will supervise field personnel, including Ohmium staff, contractors, and customer teams, ensuring safe operations and efficient service delivery.

The role involves shaping field workflows, improving performance, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to meet service level agreements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in science/engineering required.
• At least 10 years of field service experience with operations and maintenance responsibilities.
• At least 5 years of management or leadership experience with increasing responsibility.

Responsabilidades

• Manage commissioning, start-up and maintenance of deployed electrolyzer systems.
• Lead and manage field personnel, including Ohmium staff, contractors and customer maintenance teams.
• Ensure safety culture and effective workflows; optimize service level agreements.
• Refine commissioning/startup processes; deliver training programs for field personnel.
• Monitor budget and forecast for maintenance operations; report risks and milestones.
• Serve as single point of contact for customer queries and coordinate cross‑team improvements.
