TSMG Holding seeks an experienced Field Operations Coordinator / Operations Manager to support day-to-day execution of a large-scale field project in Spain. You will coordinate field operations, manage distributed teams, monitor schedules, and report on KPIs, ensuring processes are followed and issues escalated where needed.

The role requires strong organizational and people-management skills, fluency in English, and experience with Excel/Google Sheets.

Formación

• Previous experience in operations, project coordination, or project management.
• Experience managing distributed field teams is highly preferred.
• Strong people management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate daily operations, schedules, reporting, and escalations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing operational environment.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets and operational reporting.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• Availability for long-term cooperation throughout the project.

• Coordinate with internal teams and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain accurate records, trackers, and documentation using Excel/Google Sheets.
• Identify potential operational risks and proactively suggest solutions.
• Adapt to changing project requirements, priorities, and operational circumstances.

The ideal candidate has a background in operations, project coordination, or project management, with strong organizational and people‑management skills. Experience managing distributed field teams is highly preferred. You will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, supporting field team members, monitoring schedules and reporting, resolving operational issues, and escalating critical matters when needed. Candidates with experience in field operations, automotive projects, fleet operations, logistics, data collection, or similar operational environments are strongly encouraged to apply.
