• 4+ years of executive-level hiring experience.
• Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter and Workday ATS.
• Ability to advise senior executives and manage competing priorities.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in leadership hiring.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic sourcing and market intelligence using Boolean strings and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Partner with hiring executives and HR partners to craft diverse candidate slates.
• Lead executive searches and manage the candidate lifecycle from outreach to offer.
