Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic Sr. Director, International Benefits to join our Global Human Resources team.

You will drive and execute the comprehensive benefits strategy for 60+ countries outside North America, serving as a transformational leader for benefits design, administration, and delivery. Our Total Rewards network collaborates across regions to build programs that support employee well-being and business growth.

Qualifications

• Extensive international benefits design and administration experience outside the U.S.
• Strong knowledge of program cost drivers and cost-containment levers.
• Proven transformational change leadership with complex, matrixed stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-year global benefits framework across regions (APAC, EMEA, LATAM).
• Collaborate with partners, senior leadership and vendors to optimize costs and drive engagement.
• Ensure compliance with international regulations and maintain audit readiness.
