You will drive end-to-end international talent acquisition, build strategic client relationships, and leverage direct sourcing and AI-driven platforms to map and evaluate candidates. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with additional languages valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of solid international talent acquisition experience (executive search or recruitment agency background preferred).
• Spanish and English required; additional languages like French, German or Italian are valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end international search processes for mid-to-senior level roles across markets.
• Build and manage relationships with global corporate clients to define hiring strategies.
• Source, assess, and map top candidates using direct sourcing and AI-driven tools.
• Coordinate negotiations, candidate presentations, interviews, and offer closings.
