Catenon is a tech-driven executive search firm operating globally and expanding its team. We are seeking an International Recruiter to lead full-lifecycle recruitment for multinational clients across diverse markets.

You will drive end-to-end international talent acquisition, build strategic client relationships, and leverage direct sourcing and AI-driven platforms to map and evaluate candidates. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with additional languages valued.

• End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end international search processes for mid-to-senior level roles across various sectors.
• Client Relationship Management: Act as a strategic partner to global corporate clients, understanding their hiring needs and defining recruitment strategies.
• Sourcing & Assessment: Utilize advanced direct sourcing methodology and AI-driven platforms to map, engage, and evaluate top-tier candidates globally.
• Process Leadership: Manage negotiations, candidate presentation, client interviews, and offer closings to ensure an outstanding recruitment experience.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of solid experience in international talent acquisition (executive search or recruitment agency background preferred).
• Language Skills: Spanish & English is mandatory (Native or C1/C2 level). Proficiency in additional languages (French, German or Italian) is highly valued.
• Recruitment Expertise: Strong track record in direct sourcing, headhunting, and competency-based interviewing across international markets.
• Key Traits: Result-driven, agile, excellent communication skills, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-cultural team.
