Amazon Spain Fulfillment, S.L.U. is seeking an experienced Electric Vehicle Charger Project Manager to coordinate maintenance across our global charging network.

You will drive improvements, manage budgets, and work with engineering, procurement, and utility partners to ensure reliable charging for Amazon's transportation network.

The role requires strong technical and leadership skills in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on safety and sustainability.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong EV charging systems knowledge.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Financial acumen and budget management experience.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Drive continuous improvement in EV charging operations and maintenance processes.
• Serve as the main escalation point for complex technical issues and lead cross-functional meetings.
• Establish and maintain quality control standards for EV charger installation, maintenance SOPs, and technical documentation.
• Implement tracking systems and KPIs to monitor EV charger uptime, utilization, maintenance costs, and overall performance metrics.
• Oversee global budgets for EV charger installation, maintenance, and repair activities.
• Collaborate with procurement and stakeholders to establish and manage vendor contracts and SLAs for EV charging equipment and maintenance services.
• Partner with utility companies and local authorities for power infrastructure planning and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with Engineering teams to implement best practices for EV charger reliability, preventive maintenance, and asset optimization across the network.
