Amazon is seeking an Electric Vehicle Charger Escalation Specialist for the AMOC to maintain the reliability of its global EV charging network. You will monitor stations worldwide, handle alarms and tickets, and coordinate with vendors for swift resolutions.

You will provide remote support to on-site technicians, analyze data for trends, and maintain detailed records to drive improvements. This role requires proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Proficient in English at CEFR level B2/C1.
• Strong MS Office and Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Continuously monitor EV charging stations worldwide for issues.
• Respond to alarms, trouble tickets, and invoices per SOPs.
• Serve as field contact; escalate issues to vendors/teams for resolution.
• Provide remote support to on-site technicians to minimize downtime.
• Analyze data to identify problems and propose reliability improvements.
• Maintain records and use dashboards to track network performance.
