Fastned is seeking an Expansion Manager to drive the growth of its European charging network in central and Southern Spain, with Madrid, Murcia, and Andalucia focus. You will secure prime sites, build strategic partnerships, and shape long-term expansion plans with Landowners, developers, and public authorities.

The role is based in Spain, within a diverse, international team, contributing to the energy transition.

Formación

• 5+ years of work experience, with at least 3 years in a relevant commercial role.
• Strong real estate and contract knowledge (commercial, planning, and legal aspects).
• Sales-driven and results-oriented with strong commercial acumen.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Willingness to travel regular within Spain and occasionally throughout Europe.

Responsabilidades

• Secure prime real estate in high-traffic areas for Fastned stations.
• Develop and implement a network expansion plan in focus regions.
• Negotiate with landowners, developers, retailers, and authorities.
• Collaborate with an international team to streamline processes.
