Job summary

WorkMotion is a remote-first company delivering global employment solutions. The Global Entity Operations Associate will manage WorkMotion's multinational entity maintenance, compliance, and expansion activities, driving scalable processes and ensuring accuracy across jurisdictions.

You will collaborate with Finance, Payroll, HR Operations, and Legal teams to align on regulatory obligations while optimizing workflows and documentation for audits and regulatory reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration, International Affairs or related field.
• 2+ years of work experience in international operations, project management, or compliance management.
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork abilities.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and corporate maintenance activities of WorkMotion's global entities.
• Track and drive corporate compliance obligations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Support international expansion by setting up entities and operating infrastructure.
• Source, select, and manage external partners for local EOR infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Finance, Payroll, HR Operations, and Legal teams and coordinate with external partners.
• Maintain and update documents to ensure audit-readiness and accuracy.
