Responsibilities

• Support new office launches by coordinating administrative workstreams and due diligence on local requirements.
• Steer HR operations during acquisitions, reorganizations, legal restructures, and share option plans.
• Stay up to date with workplace laws across jurisdictions and ensure compliance with external consultants.
• Work cross-functionally to design and implement employee welfare and benefits initiatives.
• Manage offers, onboarding, and offboarding end-to-end, including visa support and automation through AI tools.
