HP is seeking a Service Supply Chain Global Process Transformation Lead to drive cross-functional transformation of logistics, customs and compliance processes across HP’s Service Supply Chain as part of a multi-year SAP S/4 journey. The role is global, demanding strategic vision and strong stakeholder management.

The successful candidate will bridge business, technology and operations, owning process transformation and leading alignment across regions, driving simplification and standardization

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or related areas.
• Solid understanding of logistics processes (transportation, customs, compliance).
• Experience working in cross-functional or global environments.
• Exposure to process improvement, transformation, or system implementations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Act as global SME for logistics, customs, and compliance processes across SAP S/4.
• Shape end-to-end logistics processes and lead end-to-end transformation.
• Drive cross-functional integration, standardization and simplification at scale.
• Define transformation vision aligned to strategy and ensure scalable processes.
