Jobtailor in Spain seeks a Process Engineering PLM Lead to own the roadmap and oversee PLM, MES and SAP integrations. You will drive Industry 4.0 initiatives and collaborate across engineering, operations and IT to deliver digital transformations.

The role requires strong English, Spanish valued, and a background in Industrial Engineering or related fields. You will manage complex programs, monitor KPIs, and champion data quality and tool adoption.

Formación

• Proven track record in PLM, Manufacturing Systems, or Industrial Digitalization projects.
• Experience managing digital transformation initiatives and system integrations.
• Excellent command of English, spoken and written.
• Spanish highly valued.
• Excellent skills in project management and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of the automotive sector, Horse Powertrain Business, and its ambition to transform the industry.

Responsabilidades
