Horse Technologies, a division of Horse Powertrain Limited, seeks a Process Engineering Lead to own the PLM product roadmap and drive digital manufacturing initiatives from Valladolid, Spain.

You will govern PLM, MES and SAP integrations, lead Industry 4.0 projects, and manage cross-functional programs with Engineering, Operations and IT teams.

English proficiency is essential; the role offers a dynamic, international environment with travel to other sites as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Manufacturing Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Excellent skills in project management and stakeholder management.
• Strong competencies in business process analysis and cross-functional collaboration, with a collaborative approach.
• Knowledge of the automotive sector, Horse Powertrain business, and our ambition to transform the industry.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written; Spanish will be highly valued.

Responsabilidades

• Own and develop the Process Engineering PLM product roadmap and functional requirements.
• Define and govern PLM, MES and SAP system integrations and data flows.
• Lead Industry 4.0 and manufacturing digitalization initiatives.
• Manage end-to-end technology projects with internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration between Engineering, Operations and IT teams.
• Support change management, training and adoption of digital tools.
• Monitor KPIs, system performance and data quality.
• Manage product backlog, enhancements and continuous improvement activities.
