WIN SOURCE, a global provider of electronic components, seeks an International Sales Representative to grow new business and manage international customer relationships from Spain. You will handle RFQs, quotations, and follow-up while coordinating with sourcing and logistics to meet customer needs.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in B2B sales, strong communication, and a proactive mindset, eager to grow in an international environment with cross-functional teams.

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales or related commercial roles.
• Experience in electronic components, semiconductors or electronics distribution is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers across assigned markets.
• Identify potential business opportunities through market research and consistent follow-up.
• Support the complete sales process: RFQ handling, quotation preparation, order follow-up and delivery coordination.
• Collaborate with internal sourcing, logistics and quality teams to address shortages and lead-time challenges.
• Maintain accurate customer information and CRM data to support long-term development.
• Build product knowledge and market awareness to strengthen sales capability.
