ERM Iberia is seeking an EHS / Safety Consultant to join the Safe & Sustainable Operations (SSO) team. You will lead and deliver EHS audits across Iberia and international locations, provide technical leadership in health and safety, and drive continuous improvement.

• Experience leading EHS and safety audits across multiple countries.
• Strong knowledge of process and industrial safety.
• Ability to manage audit programs and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Experience with cross-functional and multinational environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead and deliver EHS and safety audits across Iberia and international locations.
• Plan and execute multi-country audit programs with defined scope and resources.
• Provide technical leadership in Health & Safety with focus on risk assessment, process safety, and contractor safety.
• Conduct gap assessments and root cause analyses, delivering risk-based recommendations.
• Support corrective action plans and ensure closure and continuous improvement.
• Act as client-facing lead, manage relationships with multinational clients and present audit outcomes.
• Ensure quality and consistency of audit deliverables across countries.
• Contribute to proposals, service scoping, and growth opportunities within accounts.
• Collaborate with global ERM teams and mentor junior consultants.
