RES is seeking a Training Specialist to standardise and enhance the training function across regions. You will design new training, adapt to global and local needs, and manage e-learning platforms with Cornerstone, Articulate Storyline, and other tools.

Collaborating with O&M, AM, HSQE, and Engineering teams, you will ensure consistent, measurable programmes that improve safety and quality while driving employee engagement and capability development.

Formación

• Fluent in English with strong written and spoken communication.
• Experience designing and delivering training programs across regions.
• Proficiency with LMS platforms and e-learning tools.
• Knowledge of global standards in training, HSQE awareness is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and adapt training content (in-person and online).
• Manage training systems, booking, and reporting across regions.
• Coordinate regional standardisation and synergies.
• Create engaging e-learning materials and maintain platforms.
• Monitor training effectiveness and generate improvement reports.
• Provide user support and train regional teams.
