Ricoh Europe is seeking a Learning Experience & Engagement professional to design and deliver engaging digital and blended learning across EMEA, aligning with defined standards and ensuring accessibility. You will apply user-centred design, drive learner engagement across Ricoh, including initiatives such as Love to Grow, and work with SMEs to translate business needs into learning journeys.

• Strong learning design capability across digital and blended formats.
• Confident use of learning technologies (LXP, authoring tools, digital platforms).
• Good understanding of skills frameworks and skills-based learning approaches.
• Strong attention to quality and detail.
• Effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and learner experience design.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deliver engaging digital and blended learning solutions in line with defined standards across EMEA.
• Apply user-centred design principles to ensure learning is accessible, inclusive and effective.
• Drive learner engagement across Ricoh, including initiatives such as Love to Grow.
• Gather learner insights and feedback to continuously improve solutions.
• Ensure consistency in L&D brand and learner experience across EMEA.
• Partner with market leads to prioritise and deliver learning that drives business impact.
• Support localisation of content for regional and cultural relevance across EMEA.
