Roche is seeking a senior technology product owner for Learning Management, focused on Cornerstone on Demand. You’ll lead the system lifecycle, drive roadmaps with GLS, ensure data governance and GxP compliance, and partner with global teams across IT and validation.

You bring 7+ years in LMS tech, a strong regulatory mindset, and excellent communication skills to translate complex needs into practical, scalable solutions.

Formación

• 7+ years in Learning Management tech and platform management, preferably Cornerstone on Demand.
• Experience in regulated environments with GMP/FDA knowledge and data governance.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non‑technical audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Translate business requirements into standardized Cornerstone solutions.
• Direct the system lifecycle, upgrades, replacements, and retirements.
• Partner with GLS to define product vision and manage roadmaps and backlogs.
• Ensure GxP compliance, data stewardship, and quality policy adherence.
• Lead cross‑functional teams across global sites and IT partners.
• Drive continuous improvements, deviations, CAPAs, and master data validation.
• Oversee learning ecosystem data flow, reporting, and interfaces.
