Innovamat Education, SL is seeking a driven early-career professional to help scale our Consumer Business across Spain, Italy, and the US from our Barcelona base. You will blend strategy, operations and execution—running campaigns, launching new channels, and fixing processes while partnering with senior leaders across functions.

Ideal candidates are curious, fast learners with strong analytical thinking, fluent in Spanish and English, and eager to take ownership from day one in a mission-driven

Formación

• Experience in a fast-paced, high-performing environment (e-commerce, consumer, high-growth start-ups).
• Experience working on complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• International exposure or working with global teams is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Strategy & Global Growth: design operating models for new markets and channels; fix inefficiencies in customer/partner journeys; connect commercial, marketing and partners to avoid bottlenecks.
• E-commerce & Digital Growth: own digital channels driving sales; shape campaigns and customer experience to maximize revenue per customer; partner with growth and marketing to test and scale.
• Commercial & Retail Operations: coordinate with distributors and retail partners; consolidate partner data into a single source of truth; support planning across channels and countries.
• Data, Reporting & Analytics: build dashboards for real-time performance; analyze sales, campaigns, and stock data; forecast demand and flag risks.
