Job summary

ADP is hiring a Digital Sales Representative for our Growth Markets team. As an Account Executive, you’ll introduce prospective clients to ADP’s leading solutions, build relationships over the phone, and win new business from Fortune 100 companies to innovative small businesses.

You’ll use a cold calling strategy, cross-sell across ADP products, collaborate daily with internal and external partners, and pursue ambitious quotas with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualifications

• Portfolio of prospects from scratch across multiple countries.
• B2B enterprise/global accounts sales experience.
• Outbound prospecting and independent territory management.
• Strong closing skills and ability to hit monthly/yearly quotas.
• Excellent organization and time management.
