Novartis is seeking a Global Analyst Digital Finance in Barcelona to accelerate digital finance transformation. You will partner with global stakeholders to develop AI-enabled solutions enhancing forecasting, planning, and performance. The role sits at the intersection of finance, data, and emerging tech.

The candidate will oversee metrics, support pilots, drive automation, and lead deployment of digital finance products across functions while communicating effectively with finance teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline.
• 3–4 years of Finance experience, ideally within healthcare/pharmaceuticals.
• Strong analytical skills in financial modelling, forecasting, and statistics.
• Experience with Power BI or Qlik Sense for data visualization.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query and Power Pivot.
• Fluent written and spoken English with strong communication.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and monitor performance metrics for AI and digital finance solutions.
• Support pilots, proofs of concept, and strategic digital transformation initiatives.
• Partner with Finance stakeholders to identify opportunities for data-driven decision making.
• Lead development, implementation, rollout, and adoption of digital finance products.
• Drive automation and process improvements across planning, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Collaborate with data science, analytics, and visualization experts to deliver business value.
• Shape future digital finance capabilities by connecting innovative technologies with business needs.
