Novartis is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Digital Finance to lead high-impact AI-enabled financial products. You will own strategy from discovery through delivery, guiding cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and data to drive measurable outcomes for thousands of users worldwide.

You will shape how AI and agentic workflows are embedded into Digital Finance solutions, translate complex business challenges into product requirements, and champion rigorous, data-driven decision

Formación

• Significant product management experience leading digital products with measurable outcomes.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of modern product management and data-driven delivery.
• Experience with AI-powered or agentic product capabilities; responsible AI practices.
• Excellent communication in English and global stakeholder engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Own strategy and roadmap for Digital Finance products with enterprise-wide visibility.
