Novartis is seeking a Global Analyst Digital Finance in Barcelona to accelerate digital finance transformation. You will partner with global stakeholders to develop AI-enabled solutions enhancing forecasting, planning, and performance. The role sits at the intersection of finance, data, and emerging tech.
The candidate will oversee metrics, support pilots, drive automation, and lead deployment of digital finance products across functions while communicating effectively with finance teams.

Expected Annual Base Salary Range for role: 40,500 – 75,300 EUR
The base salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically.
In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for a performance-based bonus depending on certain performance parameters.
