Novartis is seeking a Global Analyst Digital Finance in Barcelona to accelerate the digital finance transformation. You will partner with global stakeholders to develop AI-enabled solutions for forecasting, planning, and business performance, linking data with business outcomes.

The role focuses on developing metrics, driving automation, and collaborating with data science and analytics teams to deliver value. Hybrid work and competitive rewards are offered.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 3-4 years of experience in Finance, ideally within healthcare or pharmaceuticals.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modelling, forecasting, and statistical analysis.
• Experience using data visualization tools such as Power BI or Qlik Sense.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Power Query and Power Pivot.
• Fluent written and spoken English with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
