Novartis in Barcelona seeks a Global Senior Manager Digital Finance to shape AI-powered Finance transformations and scale innovative solutions across the organization. This role sits at the intersection of Finance, AI, Data Science and technology, partnering with experts to implement new ideas.

You will own high-impact initiatives from concept through implementation, influence senior stakeholders, and deliver transformational change at scale in a highly autonomous, entrepreneurial way.

Formación

• Significant experience in Finance with related transformation roles.
• Strong understanding of Finance processes (FP&A, accounting, or operations).
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a global matrix.
• Exposure to Artificial Intelligence, automation, analytics or digital product delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management and senior-level engagement.
• Self-driven, adaptable and entrepreneurial with independent delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Lead AI-driven Finance transformation initiatives from strategy through global implementation.
• Own digital products delivering measurable value across Finance processes.
• Partner with Finance leaders, data scientists and technology teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Translate business challenges into AI and automation opportunities.
• Drive adoption of new technologies and ways of working across global Finance teams.
• Influence senior stakeholders and align diverse groups around transformational objectives.
• Lead cross-functional project teams delivering sustainable business impact at scale.
