Novartis in Barcelona is seeking a Global Senior Manager Digital Finance to shape and scale AI-powered finance solutions across the organization, driving measurable value and better decision-making.

This role blends Finance, AI, data science and technology, partnering with experts to turn ideas into reality, from concept through implementation. You will lead with influence and deliver transformational change at scale in a highly autonomous, entrepreneurial manner.

Formación

• Significant experience in Finance, with Digital Finance or transformation roles.
• Strong understanding of finance processes including planning, accounting, and FP&A.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a global matrix environment.
• Exposure to AI, automation, analytics, or digital product delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication, including senior leaders.
• Self-driven, adaptable, entrepreneurial mindset with proven delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Lead AI-driven Finance transformation initiatives from strategy to global implementation.
• Own digital Finance products that create measurable value across processes.
• Partner with Finance leaders, data scientists, and technology teams.
• Translate business challenges into AI and automation opportunities.
