Job summary

Allianz Technology seeks a Head of Global Data Products to own the strategic roadmap and end-to-end delivery of shared data products across the group, including Anti-Fraud, Cat Tools & Analytics, GEOspatial, and the Global Data Layer. Based in Barcelona with hybrid work options, you will lead a global cross-functional team and advise executive stakeholders on data and analytics topics.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data and analytics leadership within global organisations.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale data platforms and solutions.
• Strong executive stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/DS/IT or related field.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for shared data products and services.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of enterprise-grade data products with governance, security and performance standards.
• Embed AI/ML and real-time analytics into product roadmaps.
• Lead a global team of data engineers, architects and analytics professionals across geographies.
• Manage department budget, vendor contracts and SLAs; ensure cost efficiency.
• Secure investments and manage escalations to sustain service quality.
