AXA Group Operations is seeking a Group Head Data & AI Strategic and Partnerships to drive enterprise-wide data and AI priorities across a federated global insurance group. You will shape the strategy, build a multi-year roadmap, and oversee senior external partnerships to accelerate value delivery.

Formación

• Master's degree or equivalent in a quantitative, technology, business, or related discipline.
• 5–10 years of progressive experience spanning strategy, data, technology, and/or AI, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles influencing C-level audiences.
• Proven track record of shaping and executing enterprise-wide Data & AI or digital strategies in a large, complex, international organisation (federated or multi-entity).
• Substantive experience in insurance, with understanding of operating model, P&L drivers, and regulatory environment.
• Demonstrable experience in managing strategic partnerships at executive level, including with hyperscalers and major AI/data platform providers.
• Experience leading deployment of modern AI capabilities (ML, Generative AI, agentic) at scale.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Shape and evolve the Group-wide Data & AI strategy in alignment with corporate strategy and operating entities.
• Translate strategy into a multi-year roadmap with measurable outcomes for the Group and its entities.
• Monitor external landscape and translate signals into actionable strategic implications.
• Own the Group-level strategic partnership portfolio across BigTech, AI, and industry consortia.
• Negotiate and steward strategic agreements ensuring value and adherence to risk and procurement standards.
• Lead a small team of two, developing capabilities and extending reach through external talent and partner networks.
