Job summary

AXA Group Operations seeks a Group Head Data & AI Strategic and Partnership to steer the enterprise-wide Data & AI agenda across the group. You will translate strategy into multi-year roadmaps, manage key external partnerships with hyperscalers and AI providers, and lead a small, high-performing team to deliver strategic value.

The role requires senior leadership with global, federated experience, fluency in English, and a strong track record shaping enterprise AI initiatives in insurance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in a quantitative, technology, business, or related discipline.
• 5–10 years of progressive experience spanning strategy, data, technology, and/or AI.
• 5+ years in senior leadership roles influencing C-level audiences.
• Proven track record shaping and executing enterprise-wide Data & AI or digital strategies.
• Substantive experience in insurance, with understanding of regulatory environment.

Responsibilities

• Shape the Groupwide Data & AI strategy in line with corporate priorities and operating entities.
• Translate strategy into a multi-year roadmap with investments and measurable outcomes.
• Own the Group-level strategic partnerships portfolio with BigTech, AI vendors and consortia.
• Lead a small team, acting as a player–coach to drive high-impact engagements.
