Cencora seeks a Data Governance Manager to shape and advance governance across its International Business Group, spanning multiple countries and business units including pharmaceutical wholesale, logistics, and specialty courier. The role emphasizes data quality, ownership, and compliant data use.

You will collaborate with in-country teams to implement governance practices, drive change, and lead cross-functional initiatives ensuring consistent standards and responsible data handling across IBG.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or higher in information systems or related field.
• 5+ years in data governance or data management.
• 2+ years in a matrix management capacity.
• Fluent English and ability to work across countries.

Responsabilidades

• Assess current data governance maturity across IBG countries and units.
• Develop and maintain a roadmap to improve governance capabilities.
• Coordinate governance councils, policies, and decision tracking.
• Define data ownership, stewardship, and metadata standards.
• Oversee data quality rules, monitoring, and remediation.
• Support metadata, lineage, and data catalog practices.
• Help manage governance controls related to access, privacy, and retention.
• Drive change management, training, and adoption across in-country teams.
• Provide leadership to cross-functional resources on governance agenda.
