Swiss Re is seeking an experienced Security Awareness Process Manager in Spain to support its information security and risk awareness programme. The role involves developing communication plans, coordinating trainings, and educating employees on cybersecurity in a hybrid setup balancing home and office work.

The team sits within Group Security & Technology Platforms, focusing on building secure, resilient foundations across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cyber incident response, security operations, or related teams.
• Proven ability to deliver in international environments.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and influence across senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Cyber Incident Management team for Swiss Re.
• Develop and maintain incident response plans, procedures and playbooks.
• Manage technical and non-technical responses to major cyber-attacks.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across the business and levels of seniority.
• Organise regional and global response teams and activities.
• Run tabletop exercises and simulations to improve capabilities.
• Drive continuous improvement across incident response practices.
• Collaborate to enhance threat intelligence, cyber defense and resilience.
• Document incident response and emergency management plans thoroughly.
• Provide executive briefings on incidents, trends and recommendations.
• Lead and develop the Incident Management team with autonomy and learning.
