Swiss Re is seeking a Security Awareness Process Manager to support the information security and risk awareness programme within a hybrid work model in Spain. You will establish communication plans for security topics and coordinate trainings to educate employees on staying safe digitally.

In this role you will lead the Cyber Incident Management team, develop response capabilities, and engage stakeholders across the business.

Formación

• Experience leading cyber incident response in international environments.
• Strong communication across senior management, technology and risk functions.
• Hands-on understanding of incident lifecycle activities from prep to lessons learned.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Cyber Incident Management team for Swiss Re.
• Develop and maintain incident response playbooks and procedures.
• Manage responses to major cyber-attacks with swift detection and recovery.
• Coordinate communications with stakeholders across the business and at senior levels.
• Organise regional and global response activities and drills.
• Provide executive briefings on incidents, trends and recommendations.
