• Experience leading cyber incident response in complex environments.
• Ability to manage incident response lifecycle and playbooks.
• Strong collaboration with senior management and tech teams.
• Fluent English communication and executive briefing skills.
• Experience in international, hybrid work settings.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Cyber Incident Management team for Swiss Re.
• Develop and maintain incident response capabilities, plans and playbooks.
• Manage responses to major cyber-attacks across regions.
• Mobilise resources and coordinate communications with stakeholders.
• Organise regional and global response teams and drills.
• Conduct post-incident reviews and drive continual improvements.
