Straumann Group in Spain seeks an experienced CSV and Test Management Lead to drive validated software solutions and enable Global Test Management for its Global Business Applications department.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in CSV, GxP, and leadership, with SAP/Salesforce experience, and can collaborate across IT and QA to ensure compliance. This role offers hybrid work from Spain with occasional travel.

Formación

• 10+ years in CSV, QM, Test and Project Management with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP 5 and Annex 11.
• Experience with validation of enterprise applications and audits.

Responsabilidades

• Lead validation documentation across SDLC with stakeholders.
• Provide CSV guidance for implementation or updates.
• Improve CSV standards aligned with regulatory changes to IT and QA.
• Define and drive Test Management for Business Applications and S/4HANA initiatives.
• Partner with QA, Compliance to align deliverables with CSV guidelines.
• Coordinate local CSV/QA to meet global requirements.
• Provide training and coaching on CSV standards and testing approaches.
• Collaborate with IT SAP and other business stakeholders to ensure compliance.
• Support internal and external audits as needed.
