Freenow invites a Senior CRM Tech Manager to lead the CRM platform across Rider, Driver and B2B in 9 markets. You will design, implement and optimize scalable CRM solutions while collaborating with marketing, operations and data teams to deliver data-driven automations that grow customer engagement.

You will develop CRM infrastructure, ensure data quality and compliance, and work with engineering on integrations and better system performance. Strong SQL/Python and Braze experience are essential.

Formación

• Multi-country CRM experience required (3+ years).
• Strong SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript skills for automation.
• Experience with Braze and mobile CRM configurations.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering across time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Drive the technical design, implementation, optimization, and scalability of CRM systems.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and engineering teams, ensuring technical CRM solutions align with business goals.
• Develop and maintain our CRM infrastructure, including automating workflows, integrations, and personalization that drive efficiency.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance through audits and analysis.
• Troubleshoot CRM performance issues and optimize system functionality.
• Analyze CRM data to generate insights and recommendations.
• Manage technical vendors and maintain system documentation.
• Develop in-app messages and email templates using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Write SQL and Python scripts for segmentation and ETL processes.
