isolutions AG is seeking a pragmatic Dynamics 365 Platform Owner to take end-to-end responsibility for our Microsoft business application landscape, including Dynamics 365 CRM, Business Central, and Power Platform.

You will translate business requirements into sustainable technical solutions, configure applications, manage incidents and releases, and collaborate with stakeholders, developers and data engineers. The role offers hybrid work in Barcelona or remote from anywhere in Spain.

Formación

• Several years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform or comparable platforms.
• Strong experience in application or platform management, ideally in a senior or ownership role.
• Good understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM, Dataverse and Power Platform; Business Central is a strong advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end ownership and strategic development of our Dynamics 365 and Power Platform landscape.
• Manage full lifecycle of changes and user stories from requirements to go-live.
• Identify opportunities to digitalize, simplify and automate end-to-end business processes.
• Design and introduce new solutions on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Configure and customize applications and coordinate complex developments with partners and internal developers.
• Ensure stable operation of business-critical applications, including incident and problem management.
• Plan and coordinate releases, platform updates and upgrades.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product and platform owner, developers and data engineers to build integrated solutions.
• Conduct workshops and trainings and drive user adoption.
• Support access, security roles and license management.
