HBX Group, headquartered in Palma, Mallorca, is seeking a Credit & Collections Executive to manage debt collections across an assigned customer portfolio and reduce credit risk. You will ensure timely collections, support cash flow, and maintain accurate reconciliations while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control or Collections.
• Strong understanding of reconciling accounts and cash collection procedures.

Responsabilités

• Proactively collect outstanding debt via emails, calls and campaigns.
• Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments and reduce overdue balances.
• Negotiate payment plans to recover difficult‑to‑collect debt.
• Investigate and resolve invoice, payment and account queries.
• Collaborate with internal departments to clarify billing and support timely payment.
• Reconcile customer payments and balances accurately.
• Maintain records of collections activities and payment status.
• Support cash flow management by minimizing bad debt exposure.
