Job summary

The Rec Hub Limited is seeking a Credit & Collections Analyst to support our global accounts receivable team. Reporting to the Global Credit & Collections Manager, you will own collections for an assigned customer portfolio, conduct credit reviews, and produce AR reporting the team relies on.

You will join as Finance moves to Workday, and will help test, migrate and run the new Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years in credit, collections or AR, ideally with international or multi-currency customers.
• Hands-on experience with an ERP system; exposure to Workday is an advantage.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups) and handling large AR data.
• Working knowledge of AR accounting, including cash application and doubtful accounts.
• Clear, professional communication with customers and internal teams.
• Ability to prioritise by risk and value, and meet month-end deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics; working toward a credit qualification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage collections for an assigned portfolio of international customers.
• Prepare credit assessments using financial statements, credit agency reports and payment history.
• Investigate disputes and unapplied cash; escalate complex cases as needed.
• Produce weekly and month-end AR reporting: aging, DSO and forecasts.
• Participate in Workday UAT and assist data cleansing for migration.
• Maintain customer credit files and audit-ready records; assist with agency referrals.
