You will monitor regulatory developments, draft confidentiality and SaaS agreements, and actively address evolving business needs with pragmatic, hands-on collaboration. The role offers relocation support and strong growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Support cross-border acquisitions, due diligence, and post-completion integrations.
• Advise on financing and capital matters with the Finance team.
• Draft and negotiate confidential, consulting, licensing, SaaS, and other technology-related agreements.
• Build scalable legal tools, forms and playbooks, integrating AI-powered workflows.
• Stay ahead of regulation and identify value opportunities for evolving business needs.
