Job summary

Equinix, Inc. is seeking an intelligent Legal Counsel, Corporate to support strategic growth in EMEA. You will handle M&A and joint ventures, negotiate complex agreements, and work closely with Corporate Development and One Legal teams.

This role requires commercial acumen, fast-moving adaptation, and collaboration across jurisdictions. You will also push for innovative use of AI and technology to streamline processes and improve legal support.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with post-qualification experience in M&A and corporate transactions.
• Strong commercial judgement and risk assessment abilities.
• Excellent communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead M&A transaction workstreams across EMEA from due diligence to closing.
• Structure and negotiate joint ventures, partnerships and market entries.
• Provide pragmatic, commercially-focused advice while managing legal risk.
• Coordinate with Corporate Development and external counsel efficiently.
• Leverage AI and legal tech to improve service delivery and scalability.
