• Experience in Control Tower or network operations.
• Strong knowledge of multimodal logistics and end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Proven experience leading operational governance, process implementation, and large-scale operational transitions.
• Excellent stakeholder management with influence across functions and levels.

• Lead operational readiness activities, including process design, SOPs, training, and go-live planning.
• Establish and drive governance routines to monitor performance, manage risks, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Own Control Tower operational standards covering planning, booking coordination, milestone tracking, exception management, and escalation processes.
• Ensure routing guides, service rules, lead times, and procedures are embedded into daily operations.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Network Planning, Operations, IT, and external partners to support service delivery.
• Monitor performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive corrective actions.
• Lead post-go-live stabilization, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage operational risks across suppliers, transport providers, terminals, systems, and dependencies.

We are seeking a Control Tower Operations Lead to drive the successful implementation and ongoing operation of a global logistics network. Based in Valencia , this role will ensure operational readiness, govern end-to-end execution, and lead cross-functional coordination to deliver stable, efficient, and customer-focused operations.

You will play a key role in translating network design into operational reality by establishing processes, managing operational risks, driving governance, and ensuring continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operational readiness activities, including process design, SOPs, training, and go-live planning.
• Establish and drive governance routines to monitor performance, manage risks, and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
• Own Control Tower operational standards covering planning, booking coordination, milestone tracking, exception management, and escalation processes.
• Ensure routing guides, service rules, lead times, and operational procedures are effectively embedded into daily operations.
• Collaborate closely with Procurement, Network Planning, Operations, IT, and external partners to support successful service delivery.
• Monitor operational performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive corrective actions.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in Control Tower operations, logistics, transportation, supply chain, or network operations.
• Strong knowledge of multimodal logistics and end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Proven experience leading operational governance, process implementation, and large-scale operational transitions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across multiple functions and organizational levels.
• Excellent problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making capabilities.
• Strong communication and change management skills in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Ability to drive operational excellence while balancing standardization, customer requirements, and business objectives.
