Job summary

Ogilvy in Barcelona is seeking a Content Studio Global Lead to establish, lead and manage the day-to-day operations of a global content studio for one of the world’s leading brands. You will drive operational excellence and align cross‑functional teams.

The role requires experience leading content studios or regional/global hubs, strong client management, and a strategic mindset to scale AI-enabled production. You will report to the PMO Lead and partner with London, Barcelona and India teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading content studios, production agencies or global digital hubs.
• Strong client service, account management and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience integrating generative AI into creative and production workflows.
• Ability to coordinate multi-location projects.
• Excellent financial acumen with budgeting and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a global content studio.
• Set up and implement WoW and processes.
• Direct rollout of WPP Open platform and reporting tools.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Lead client service and manage day-to-day relationships.
• Conduct quarterly performance reviews.
