Job summary

Storio group in Barcelona seeks a joyful, collaborative Senior Specialist Designer to shape brand presence across 13 markets. You’ll blend graphic design, AI-assisted production, and photography, delivering on-brand creative with autonomy and quality leadership.

You will join the Creative Studio in Barcelona, bridging high-level art direction with production design. You’ll work with Copy, CRM, Social, Brand, and Marketing to craft campaigns and scalable workflows, ensuring a lasting visual

Qualifications

• Proven experience in graphic or digital design within an in-house team, agency, or fast-paced environment.
• Strong portfolio showing multichannel campaign work and strong craft.
• Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Bridge) and familiarity with Figma.

Responsibilities

• Translate briefs into strong visual concepts and production-ready assets.
• Own asset creation across CRM, social, display, web and print channels.
• Build, test, and refine AI-powered workflows for faster image production and retouching.
• Maintain and curate brand photography library; identify imagery gaps and replacements.
• Scope, prioritize, and manage multiple design projects to meet tight deadlines.
• Share new tool findings to establish best practices within the team.
