Payhawk is hiring a Content & AI Enablement Team Lead in Barcelona to drive the global content strategy. You will stay hands-on with strategic writing and editing while enabling Product Marketing, SEO, Demand Gen, and regional teams through structured workflows, tools, and templates.

Requirements include 7–10 years in B2B content, native English proficiency, and prior leadership of a content function. The role focuses on AI-enabled content systems, cross‑functional collaboration, and scalable

Formación

• 7–10 years of experience in B2B content marketing or related field.
• Native-level English with excellent writing and editing skills.
• Experience leading a content team or function.
• Experience in SaaS, fintech, or enterprise tech.
• Proven ability to create content for senior business audiences.
• Evidence of building repeatable content processes and operating models.
• Experience collaborating with Brand, Product Marketing, SEO, and regional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to challenge low-value requests.

Responsabilidades

• Lead our global content strategy and top‑of‑funnel programs.
• Create flagship content programs including research, stories, and thought leadership.
• Build AI-enabled content operating systems with repeatable workflows and templates.
• Enable global teams with self-service tools and clear ownership handoffs.
