Gracia101 Talent Solutions seeks a Global Tech Commercial & Marketing Services Ops Analyst to provide first-line technology and operations support for Content Hub and related digital content services. You will address incidents, support publishing, and maintain data quality across DAM and PIM.

You will create procedures, dashboards, and KPI reports, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive automation and improvements across GCMS functions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, IT or related field.
• 2+ years in operations support, marketing ops, or similar environment.
• Strong interest in digital content, marketing tech, or content ops.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English is required.
• Experience with ticketing, CRM, or service management is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-line support to Content Hub users and handle requests.
• Monitor, track, and resolve incidents and service requests.
• Support day-to-day content, product information, and publishing processes.
• Help ensure metadata, taxonomy, user access and controls are correct.
• Create and maintain procedures and knowledge articles.
• Analyze data and prepare dashboards and KPI reports.
• Conduct root cause analysis and suggest process improvements.
• Collaborate with business and tech stakeholders for timely resolution.
• Support compliance with policies and SLAs.
• Contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with other GCMS technologies and services as needed.
